The nose shows clean aromas of red fruit and compote, as well as mild aromas of aging; brioge and toast.
In the mouth the Cava Ses Vernes exhibits a fine acidity with a soft bubble and a long course, the cava is round and balanced with a finish on the palate with hints of nuts and sweet licorice.
Reserving a fundamental role in the vineyard, this cava has been made with the varieties Grenache and Monastrell, from a single farm in Blanes (Finca Ses Vernes) with free-sandy lands, you get a selected harvest, from it an fruity and elegant base wine is made that will give way after a second fermentation in the bottle at low temperature and aging for more than 24 months in a raw cava of elegant workmanship.
